We use the details you give us to respond to your enquiry and discuss your move. We do not sell your information or use this form to sign you up for marketing.

Who is responsible?

MOVE MASTERS ESSEX LTD is the controller of your enquiry information. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16582858.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, phone number, moving-from postcode and any optional destination postcode, preferred date, email address, property size or notes you provide. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the notes.

We use these details to contact you, understand your requirements and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract if you book. You do not have to send an enquiry, but we need your name, phone number and moving-from postcode to deal with one through this form.

Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser information to serve the page and run its Turnstile security check. We use enquiry monitoring copies and limited security and email-delivery records to check that enquiries reach us, prevent abuse and investigate sending problems. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and reliable. We do not log the contents of your enquiry or your raw IP address in our application logs.

Who handles your information?

Your enquiry notification is sent to our business inbox at info@movemastersessex.co.uk, with a copy to ShowFirst Digital for monitoring delivery and providing technical support. Our authorised staff and service providers may handle information as needed to respond and operate the service:

• Cloudflare provides website hosting and security, including Turnstile.
• Resend processes the enquiry to send the notification email.
• Our business email provider stores and delivers our correspondence.
• ShowFirst Digital receives a copy of your enquiry to monitor delivery and provide technical support for this page. It uses this copy only to operate and support the enquiry service, not for its own marketing.

These services may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Cloudflare and Resend publish data-processing terms that include standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum for restricted transfers. How long we keep it

For enquiries that do not become a booking, our policy is to delete the enquiry correspondence from our working mailbox 30 days after our last contact with you. If you book, we keep the information needed to arrange your move and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations, rather than applying the unsuccessful-enquiry period to your booking records.

Our 30-day working-mailbox policy also covers ShowFirst Digital's monitoring copies.

This page has no enquiry database and does not save your form details to browser storage. Emails, provider delivery or security records and backups have their own retention arrangements; the 30-day mailbox policy does not mean every provider or backup copy is automatically erased on that date. Contact us if you need help with deletion.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of use or a portable copy. These rights have legal limits.

You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including our security and reliability processing. Contact us using the email address above and we will consider your request.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator.

Cookies and automated decisions

We do not add advertising pixels or analytics to this page. Cloudflare may use necessary security technologies for Turnstile and abuse prevention; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not use your enquiry for profiling or automated decisions about whether to offer you a move.
